Mark Lewis talk at the Strangelove Moving Image Festival

As part of the campus-wide Moving Image Festival at Central Saint Martins, Afterall co-founder and Editorial Director, Mark Lewis will talk about his current film projects.

Lewis will present and discuss his work made in São Paulo and Paris and exhibited at the 31st São Paulo Biennial 2014. His recent film projects combine digital and analogue moving images and also incorporate 3D animation. He is currently completing Invention, a feature length film that imagines a contemporary world without moving images.

Mark Lewis is an artist based in London. In 2009 he represented Canada at the 53rd Venice Biennale with his exhibition ‘Cold Morning’. Solo exhibitions include Van Abbemuseum (2013) and Vancouver Art Gallery (2008).
